You can’t solve a problem with the same kind of thinking that was used to create it.
We work in the business environment to improve our clients’ performances – fast. Our team is led by Dr Tracie O’Keefe DCH, BHSc, ND who has extensive experience working in the corporate market as an executive coach in the retail, banking, health, education, construction and insurance sectors.
Innovation and Talent Management
Our speciality is inspiring leaders and staff to give their best. We do this through a range of trainings:
Staff Crisis Management and Trauma Recovery
This program is for leaders and staff who are experiencing or have experienced a crisis or trauma, such as divorce, disablement, assault, distress, stress, major disappointment or bereavement. We also facilitate teams that have been affected by the occurrence of any of the above.
With a long history as a crisis intervention and trauma recovery therapist, Dr Tracie O’Keefe DCH provides practical strategies and support through this coaching program to help you and your staff recover from any crisis or trauma – fast.
Tracie is the author of the Amazon #1 best selling book Inspiration for Survive and Prosper: Personal Transformation Out of Crisis, a practical handbook on how to recover fast from a crisis or trauma.
Resilience Training
Psychological resilience training helps staff to endure high-stress situations by focusing on the skills they need physically, emotionally and mentally to continue to perform at high levels.
Staff Motivational Training
Many businesses are carrying a large majority of their staff who are often disinterested in their jobs but are simply going through the motion to get a pay check at the end of the week or month. They are perfunctory and unmotivated. We teach your staff how to be motivated and work towards achieving their professional and personal goals and live a balanced, healthy, happy life.
For each organisation we deliver custom-designed trainings by carrying out a pre-training workforce assessment so we are able to deliver the kind of training needed. No two trainings should be the same because no two workforces are the same.
Stress Relief Training
Staff stress levels are increasing each year. A 2013 survey by the Australian Psychological Society found that Australians reported significantly lower levels of wellbeing and significantly higher levels of stress and distress compared with findings in 2012 and 2011.
The survey also found that significantly more Australians reported moderate to severe levels of distress and higher levels of depressive and anxiety symptoms.
In addition, almost one in seven Australians reported depressive symptoms in the severe to extremely severe range and more than one in 10 reported anxiety symptoms in the severe to extremely severe range.
Stress takes a physical and emotional toll on a person’s health. High levels of stress result in increased staff absences and sick days.
In this training, Dr Tracie O’Keefe DCH will teach your staff how to relieve stress at work and in their personal lives. A master hypnotist, as well as a psychotherapist and counsellor, Tracie brings a range of simple yet effective techniques and tools your staff can use to eliminate stress and attain optimum health and wellbeing.
Executive Coaching
Many executives are stressed and underperforming in the positions that they hold. In the hire and fire environment of post Western financial dominance executives fail to take the kind of creative risks needed to position a business in an ever more competitive world. We coach executives to take calculated risks in their day-to-day drive to push companies to new profit levels.
Getting a job and keeping it is no longer an option in the ever demanding workplace. Both professional and personal growth, through coaching, fine tunes the executive’s drive and skills that are needed to get ahead of the pack. Success attracts success but, like an athlete, the modern executive needs to be pushing the boundaries of possibility by being coached to a higher level of performance.
Leadership Coaching
Slot in/slot out leadership styles fail to connect with the workforce. Leaders find themselves uninspired as they repeatedly draw companies back into the marginal profits cycle. The company repeats year on year, non-high performance, sales and profit figures. Leaders pass the baton uneventfully from one caretaker leader to the next. We teach leaders to re-connect with their company’s core mission statements and greatest resource: their staff.
We teach you to see leadership as an opportunity to elevate the workplace standard, performance and innovation. Only by stepping outside the bog-standard low expectation leadership mentality can leaders surpass others’ expectations of their performance. Our work with high performers – in groups or individually – creates energy and drive to take the leader to new and sustainable high levels of performance.
In addition to custom-designed trainings, we also offer the following:
Unleash Your Inner Creative Visionary
New innovations in business are often the result of original thinkers who adopt a solution-focused perspective. They are non-conformists who don’t follow the traditional path. Corporations are often afraid of such innovators but they are essential to the growth of any business.
Many of us as adults lose the creativity and imagination we had as children, keeping us stuck in the same way of doing things. This can result in inefficiencies and stagnancy in the workplace.
In this training by Dr Tracie O’Keefe DCH, your staff will learn how to get back in touch with your creative visionary to produce outstanding results in life and at work.
Extended DISC Consulting
Extended Disc is a powerful behavioural profiling tool, recognised in more than 55 countries, which measures a person’s unconscious or ‘natural’ behaviour as well as their conscious adjusted behaviour in the work environment – in other words, how they believe they need to be to cope with that environment.
Recognising more behavioural styles than any other instrument, Extended DISC ensures an accurate assessment of an individual’s needs as well as how these can be incorporated into a team environment. This consultation is carried out by Katrina Fox, an Accredited Extended Disc Consultant.
Sex, Gender, and Sexuality Diversity Training
The doctorok team lead a two-day workshop on sex, gender and sexuality sensitivity training to help staff become aware of the richness of a diverse workforce as well as employers’ legal obligations to sex, gender and sexuality equality in the workplace.
This training helps organisations create the kind of workplace where organisations and staff are legally compliant to human rights and equality legislation and reduces risks of anti-discrimination cases being brought by staff or customers.
This compliance demonstrates legal diligence and helps the company make the very best use of all of its staff and resources.

Test and Measurement Indexes
We provide full test and measurement services for the trainings we offer. That includes pre-training base line levels, analysis, recommendations and follow-up performance indicators. A range of tools are used and tools can be custom designed to suit your business needs.
We understand that businesses require these for their internal and external audits, not only to show due diligence but also to comply with insurance requirements. This allows your business and staff to experience recorded, evidence-based learning and practice in the modern business environment that relies on performance-related indicators and transparency.
