A highly qualified, experienced and successful professional with a colourful history who walks her talk
Having started her life in poverty, with little formal education, battled massive medical problems, abandonment, abuse and discrimination, Tracie went on to become a highly qualified and internationally recognised therapist, coach and author, as well as a naturopath, medical nutritionist and medical herbalist.
In business since 1970, Tracie has owned or run a range of operations, including health clubs, shops, hairdressing salons, a dance and cabaret company and an international luxury car sales service, as well as being involved in property investment.
Told as a teenager by a medical professional that “people like you” were not suited to careers in the caring professions, she has devoted the past 20 years to helping others become the best they can be, as well as championing equal rights for all, particularly sex and/or gender diverse people.
Tracie’s vibrant style of presentation and reservoir of moving, gut-wrenching, humorous and uplifting stories brightens any business dinner, conference, event or gathering. Her media exposure includes BBC World News, Today Tonight, 7 News, Sydney Morning Herald, The Guardian, The Independent, The Daily Express, Daily Telegraph, Marie Claire, Cleo, Woman, Good Health and ABC Radio.
“Time to come alive and change”
“My journey is one of triumph over tragedy. After being abandoned for many years as a child because I was born in the wrong body, I made up my mind to beat all the odds and succeed far beyond anyone’s expectations of me. I teach people that it is not ‘Can you have what you want?’, but ‘How fast can you have what you want?’
Tracie has helped over 20,000 people face to face in her clinics over the past 20 years. Her work includes a comprehensive catalogue of over 70 self-help programs, seven books including her latest #1 Amazon best seller Inspiration for Survive and Prosper: Personal Transformation Out of Crisis, and hundreds of articles and papers.
“In 2012 at the age of 57 the huge shock of my partner of 20 years leaving me triggered Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. For a brief time I thought I wouldn’t make it and then I realised I’d been helping people with this situation for decades. I utilised all the knowledge and clinical skills I’d gathered over the years and wrote the Inspiration for Survive and Prosper: How to Recover from Crisis Fast book and program. It worked. Within 12 months I’d recovered, grown my business and doubled my wealth.”
Tracie speaks on a range of topics based around her extensive knowledge on human behaviour, combined with natural medicine. The following are her main keynote themes, but all presentations can be customised for your requirements.
The 7 Most Effective Strategies to Build Resilience and Stay Motivated
Resilience helps you and those in your organisation excel in all areas of life. Being able to manage stress and handle failure well is essential in today’s fast-paced world. If every time a sale drops through or a key member of staff leaves, your company goes into crisis, it’s time to learn new ways of staying strong, boosting morale and elevating productivity.
Staff and companies must have systems in place to help each member of staff and teams be able to handle difficult life and business situations. Resilience is one of the major core skills that highly successful business people and companies are able to do, day after day.
Tracie will share the seven most effective strategies on how to become resilient and stay motivated, no matter what life throws at you. In this keynote presentation she brings together her 40 years of personal and professional experience to equip your audiences with the skills to bounce back from anything.
It’s also important that people stay motivated after they have learnt to be resilient so they have the energy and drive to take on new ventures or be excited about their life and work. Part of being a resilient person is having the ability to make the very best of every circumstance.
How to Survive and Prosper Through Any Crisis
You don’t have to spend months, years or decades suffering from a crisis or trauma and allowing it to define you and negatively impact your life.
Tracie has a long history as a crisis intervention therapist, helping people overcome crisis, trauma, disaster, major disappointments, divorce, disablement, bankruptcy and bereavement.
Her inspiring speech provides practical strategies and moving accounts of how she and many of her clients recovered from their life crises fast. She brings hope to people suffering from crisis and trauma of any kind.
Health Equals Wealth
All the money in the world means nothing if you don’t have good health to enjoy it.
As a naturopath, medical nutritionist, medical herbalist and clinical hypnotherapist Tracie is constantly helping people maximise their physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health – from cancer patients to high-flying executives and medal-winning athletes.
What sets those who enjoy optimum health apart from those who suffer continuous poor health is often psychological or psychosomatic. In this enlightening talk, Tracie reveals why many health and fitness regimes, particularly weight loss programs, are unsustainable in the long term – and what missing ingredients are needed for success.
Unleash Your Inner Creative Visionary
“Creativity requires the courage to let go of certainties.” – Erich Fromm.
How would your life and business look if you thought and did things differently than usual?
New innovations in business are often the result of original thinkers who adopt a solution-focused perspective. Cultural shifts and interpersonal relationship breakthroughs happen when people get creative with their ideas, philosophies and insights.
Due to her being part of a minority group in society, Tracie found the world of mainstream employment blocked to her, so she had to get creative to survive, setting up her first business at the tender age of 15. Over the past four decades her diverse operations have traded millions of dollars as a result of her willingness to explore and embrace the extraordinary.
Many of us as adults lose the creativity and imagination we had as children, as responsibilities take over our lives, keeping us stuck in the same way of doing things. This applies to our businesses, careers, life and relationships.
Fortunately it doesn’t have to be that way, and this enjoyable, practical and fun talk by Tracie shows you how to get back in touch with your creative visionary to produce outstanding results in all areas of your life.
